An experienced Planning / Scheduling professional with complementary expertise across the suite of Program / Project Controls, Contract Administration and Project Coordination gained working for global contractors and consultants.  Skilled in planning projects end-to-end across the design and construction delivery process on programs over $12 billion in value and projects ranging from $5mn to over $2bn, over a career spanning 10+ years in Construction industry.

 

Pavan has worked on large complex construction projects including: Rail, Roads, Bridges, Mixed Use Developments, Residential, Commercial, Retail, Educational, Industrial, Health, Villas and Leisure sector.  A proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team to support efficient and successful project delivery.

Worked with program team to complete work breakdown structure and dictionary. Established and maintained S-Curves, Key Performance Indicators (KPI) & Change logs.

 

Program Analysis: Prepared and reviewed extension of time (EOT) claims. Performed Critical Path analysis, Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and Earned Value Analysis (EVA).Conducted productivity analysis through time and motion studies; developed “what if” scenarios and assisted project teams in achieving accurate decision making.

 

Progress Reporting: Prepared and reviewed daily, weekly & monthly progress reports.  Skilled in developing simple reporting tools to support accurate decision making.

 

Contracts Administration: Interpreting contractual terms, analysing and verifying progress claims, variations and EOTs; Procurement of sub contractors, assist in preparation and negotiation of contracts.
